Q: I am having a hard time loading my logos into the SE/HS-600. The images are saved as bmp files at 128 x 96 pixels, but I still cannot load the logos.


A: Your logos must be saved in the file name “logo1.bmp” or “logo2.bmp” and so on. Otherwise the switcher will not read it.
