We recommend Decklink Drivers version 10.8.5 for use with CG-300 version 6.2E and CG-350 version 6.2E.
Note on Installing Your Own Card
If you are installing your own Decklink card that is an older model or serial number and Windows no longer recognizes the card, you may need to roll back the Decklink Drivers to re-flash the firmware on the card.
Please try installing version 10.4, you will receive a prompt during the installation to update the firmware on your card if detected.
Restart your PC after completing the update, and then install version 10.8.5.
Once the card is successfully detected, please make sure you have the latest version of CG-300/350 installed.
