Q: The NVP-20's HDMI video output is not displaying in my ATEM Production Studio 4K switcher. What should be the correct settings on the NVP-20?
A: If the ATEM video setup is configured for 1080i@59.94, then the NVP-20 should be configured as follows:
1. The color space should be set to RGB, not YUV.
2. 1080i@60 is the signal type on the NVP-20 to match 1080i@59.94 on the ATEM.
3. It is optional, but you can enable "De-interlace" the source input on the NVP-20.
