If you get the error message “Failed to initialize frame grabber module”, something is wrong with recognizing the PEG external graphics adapter. It may be it is not sitting well in the socket or the card has a malfunction.
Open the case and make a physical inspection if the card is properly in the socket and make sure you connect a monitor to the output.
When the adapter is faulty, it will also not be recognized in the device manager nor being found in the BIOS and only the Intel chipset can be seen.
