I’m trying to import a text file into the DV Prompter app via iTunes®, but it’s not saving to the app after I disconnect my iPad® from my computer. What am I doing wrong?
A: Please make sure that you are saving a text file in a plain text format, i.e. “.txt”. Rich text file or any other word processing files are not compatible.
